Question 1

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Starter is free forever, with up to 3 bookable services, 1 team member and 50 bookings a month. No credit card required.

Question 2

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Question 3

Is my business's data kept separate from other businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every business runs in its own row-level-secured space in the database — other tenants can never see your bookings, clients, or settings.

Question 4

How are payments handled?

Accepted Answer

All payments and deposits are processed securely by Stripe. FullCal. never sees or stores your clients' card details.

Question 5

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

Accepted Answer

No. FullCal. charges a flat monthly subscription, not a percentage of your bookings. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to payments you take.

Question 6

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Accepted Answer

FullCal. works for appointment-based businesses (salons, clinics, coaches), venues that take table or room bookings (restaurants, studios), and resource bookings (equipment, spaces) — it's configurable, not locked to one type.

Question 7

Do reminders really get sent automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every confirmed booking automatically triggers email reminders to reduce no-shows, with no setup required.

Question 8

How many team members can I add?

Accepted Answer

1 on Starter, 5 on Plus, and unlimited on Pro — each with their own availability.
