Deposit policy 1. A deposit of £30 is needed to secure your booking. It is taken off the price of your appointment. 2. If you need to cancel or move your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours (2 days) before it starts. With that much notice, we will move your deposit to a new date. 3. If you cancel with less than 48 hours (2 days) notice, or do not attend, we will keep your deposit to cover the time we reserved for you. 4. If we need to cancel or move your booking, you can choose a new date or a full refund of your deposit. 5. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
Keep it fair
A deposit you keep should cover what you lose when a client drops out late, not punish them. Say clearly how much notice they need to give and what happens in each case, and show the policy before they book.

Taking the deposit
A policy works best when the deposit is paid at the moment of booking. With FullCal., each service can take a deposit by card through your own Stripe account, with no commission.
