How the numbers are worked out
Missed bookings a month are your weekly bookings, times 52 weeks divided by 12 months, times your no-show rate. The money lost is those missed bookings times your average price. The deposit figure assumes you keep the deposit whenever a client does not turn up.
It is an estimate: it does not count the slots you manage to refill, or clients who never come back.
Bringing the number down
Automatic reminders, a clear cancellation policy and a deposit at booking are the three changes that make the most difference for most appointment businesses. FullCal. does all three on the free plan.
