Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of FullCal., a booking management platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.
3. Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Client bookings & payments
Where you accept payments or deposits from your clients through FullCal., those payments are processed by Stripe. FullCal. is not a party to the transaction between you and your client.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FullCal. for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other tenants.
6. AI features
AI features produce drafts and suggestions. Check them before you send, publish or rely on them: you are responsible for what goes to your clients or appears in your name. If you switch on the booking-page assistant, it answers visitors in your name using only the information on your booking page. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI use, shown under Settings → Billing & Plan.
7. Marketing emails
You may send campaigns only to your own clients who have booked with you, about your own services. You are the sender and are responsible for following the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you (in the UK, PECR and UK GDPR; in the EU, the ePrivacy rules and GDPR), and you confirm this each time you send. FullCal. adds an unsubscribe link to every campaign and never sends to anyone who has opted out or unsubscribed; you must not try to get around this.
8. Data & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. See our Privacy Policy for how your data and your clients' data is handled.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FullCal. after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
